RATES QUOTED INCLUDES:

• All rates are quoted nett in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• Rates are quoted without breakfast

TERM & CONDITIONS

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM23.00 nett per bed per night exclusive of breakfast.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 3.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice .
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account, which shall be advised during confirmation.
• Rates are subject to changes without prior notice

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Peak Period

50% of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW

Group Rates
Group rates for a minimum booking of 10 rooms are available upon request. Please contact our Sales&Marketing Office for further information.

Long Term Stay
Special Room rates for a minimum stay of 30 days are available upon request.
